Terms of service

These terms apply to this website and to the Reely video service run by Cats Do Coding ("we", "us"). By using the site or the service, you agree to them. Specific pricing and deliverables for clients are set out separately in writing.

The service

Reely uses artificial intelligence to research topics, write scripts, generate images and voiceovers, add captions and publish short videos. We may change or improve how the service works over time.

Approval and publishing

Clients review each video before it is published. By approving a video, you confirm you're happy for it to be posted to the accounts you've connected, and that its content is suitable for your audience.

AI-generated content

Videos are created with AI and, although we aim for accuracy, they may contain mistakes or simplifications. Videos are for general information only and aren't legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You're responsible for checking content before approving it, particularly on specialist topics.

Your content and brand

You keep ownership of the logos, brand names and other material you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You give us permission to use that material only to make and publish your videos.

Ownership of videos

Once paid for, finished videos made for you are yours to use. We may show published videos on this website as examples of our work unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

You may not use Reely to create content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes anyone else's rights, or that breaks YouTube's or TikTok's rules. We may decline or remove any request that does.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on YouTube, TikTok and other providers. We aren't responsible for their availability, changes to their rules, or decisions they make about your content or accounts.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question in the [3 months] before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
